How do customers use Gratify to pay?
Gratify appears as a small box next to “payment options” on your checkout page. We provide all the tools you need to integrate our Buy Now Pay Later solutions and set up your business to offer deferred payment options, offer pre-qualification, and add Gratify Pay to your checkout portal.
What if a customer doesn’t pay?
When a customer fails to pay their instalment, Gratify follows up and treats your customers with the same respect you do. A late fee is applied when a payment is missed, and Gratify immediately follows up with courteous communications. Failed payments will be sent to collections after a period of time.
When do I get paid?
Right away! As a Payfirma/Merrco customer, you get paid at the same time as your regular Payfirma/Merrco payments. This means no change to your current processes.
How much does it cost?
Using Gratify is just like a credit card transaction - it is charged in percentage points, and it varies depending on how many sales your store makes. Most businesses pay around 5% plus standard transaction fees.
Do I need to integrate into my POS?
No. Gratify is a standalone platform for instalment payments. You can create sales in your POS, mark them as a Gratify payment, and then your books will align nicely. We have a ton of help files and our Growth Experts will work with you to get set up.
